Gile’s gothic-fairytale show was inspired from his visit to the Chelsea Physic Garden and his collection conjured up the spirits of women who might have selflessly spent their days here. The wonders of the garden we’re reflected in the dresses, which had hallucinogenic prints using a mixture of, pretty pastels and deep blacks. Details included white ruffled necks and wrists which had an Elizabethan vibe.
Black Leather bows attached onto knee-highs and PVC jackets powerfully stormed through the fairytale set, seeming portraying a naughty S&M side to the collection. The hourglass silhouette was prominent throughout often with the models having their waists cinched in or tightened with a peachy satin bow.
Attention was shifted towards the casting’s attitude. Katie Grand curated an A-List cast such as Kendall Jenner, Edie Campbell and Lily Donaldson who all stormed down the runway and held catwalk positions that you might have recognised to be from the 90s. The models had character to match the clothes and Anna Cleveland closed the show fluttering down the runway, holding the most outrageous poses.
